Delete your account

Effective date: 5 November 2026

In the app

  • Delete your parent account: open Family, then Account, then Delete my account. The app may ask you to sign in again first: a code sent to your e-mail, or your Apple or Google sign in.
  • Close your family: the Family Admin opens Family, then Data Controls, then Close family. Close the family before the last parent deletes their account.

What is deleted, and when

  • When a family is closed, every child's records and every parent's access are deleted at once, and the rest of the family's records 30 days later.
  • A parent's sign in stays until they delete their account.
  • Backups are kept for about 7 days.
  • A record of the consents you gave and of changes to your family is kept.

Ask us instead

If you cannot use the app, e-mail contact@kleobyher.com.au from the address you sign in with, and we will delete your account for you. We may need to confirm it is you first.
